Shipping & Returns

Shipping is $7 for U.S. deliveries, and $10 for international deliveries.

Since these products will come in contact with human saliva, there are no returns. If the product is not delivered, I will confirm with the tracking number, and send another reed free of charge.

These reeds are handmade with love and care, and are only refundable if they are ruined through the mail. Please be ready to send photos if this is the case. If the reed itself does not suit the player's needs, please contact me and I will do my best to help customize a future reed.
